We’re a small farm and micro-creamery located New York’s beautiful Catskill Mountains. We make farm fresh, “cow to cone” gelato starting straight from the cow in the mornings. The milk is raw and warm and still steaming when we begin the mix process in our little creamery in our historic barn.

We are a small, family owned and operated maker of gourmet cheeses, spreads, and sweets established in 2007. We make all of our products by hand in small batches to ensure the utmost in quality. We use NYS local garlic, maple syrup, Goold Orchards wine, Saratoga Brewery beer, Big Bear Hot Sauce from Waterford, ingredients from Pika’s Farm Table in Kingston, organic basil pesto, Herkimer cheeses and more in our gourmet spreads. We use local preserves and fresh fruit in our cheesecake. We will be using a local smokehouse for our bacon. We attend 11 local farmer’s markets.
